Community Wellbeing

The Mend Cafe

A safe, informal space for open conversations about mental health — no clinical setting, no pressure, just community.

What Is The Mend Cafe?

The Mend Cafe is Mente Calma's community mental health initiative — a regular gathering where people can come together to talk openly about mental health in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Think of it as a community living room for your mind.

Led by our clinical team, each session explores a different theme — from managing stress and anxiety to navigating grief, relationships, and identity. There is no agenda, no pressure to share, and no clinical assessment. Just honest conversation and human connection.

The Mend Cafe is open to everyone. You do not need to be a Mente Calma client to attend, and you do not need to be in crisis. You just need to be curious about your mental health and open to connection.
