Dr. Adetutu Kunuji, a psychiatrist with a heart for community wellbeing and inclusive mental health support.
Our mission is to provide comprehensive mental health care, empowering individuals to thrive and lead fulfilling lives. We believe in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms, and empowering our clients to take an active role in their well-being.
Do you work with companies?
Yes, we offer workplace wellbeing workshops, Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP), and staff training.
Can you tailor your sessions for our team?
Definitely. We love creating content that speaks directly to your organisation’s needs.
Do you offer therapy or psychiatry services?
Yes, we do. Mente Calma offers therapy delivered by highly skilled professionals, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), psychotherapy, and mental health coaching.

Do I need a diagnosis to join?
Not at all. Our spaces are for any woman looking to feel seen, supported, and heard.
Can I attend if I’m not a mother?
Yes — Her Second Spring is for women in midlife, with or without children.
The Mother’s Circle is a support group for expectant and new mothers navigating emotional challenges. It offers a safe, nurturing space to connect and share.
One-to-one therapy is also available if more personalised support is needed.
Is everything confidential?
Yes — privacy and trust are very important to us.
