Appointments are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in exceptional circumstances, in which case we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative time or a full refund.

All payments are processed securely through Paystack. Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated. By completing a payment, you authorise Mente Calma to charge the stated amount for the selected service.
We do not store your payment card details. All card data is handled directly by Paystack in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

You may create a client account to manage your bookings and view your appointment history. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Please notify us immediately at info@mentecalma.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are used in violation of these terms.
